Privacy Policy & Data Telemetry Disclosure
Last Updated: November 2026 // Governing Entity: Coastal Paradise Digital (Fort Myers, FL 33919)
1. Operational Philosophy & Commitment
At Coastal Paradise Digital ("we," "our," or "us"), we value and protect your privacy with the same operational rigor and security protocols honed across enterprise SaaS environments and U.S. Navy computing operations. This policy articulates the specific telemetry, analytics, and inquiry data gathered when you visit coastalparadisedigital.com, request an advertising proposal, or interact with our client applications.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information through two primary mechanisms:
- Direct Inquiry Submissions: Information you voluntarily provide via our proposal request forms, estimator tool, phone calls, or emails—including your full name, company name, business phone number, email address, website URL, and advertising budget parameters.
- Telemetry & Conversion Analytics: Technical event data transmitted when your device interacts with our website, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate geographic locality (e.g. Southwest Florida / Fort Myers), referring URL, and pages viewed.
3. Telemetry Architecture (sGTM, Meta CAPI & CallRail)
As an enterprise AdTech agency, we deploy modern first-party server telemetry. This includes Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), and CallRail Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI). Unlike fragile third-party tracking cookies, server telemetry processes conversion events directly via secure, encrypted cloud server endpoints. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business inquiry data to third-party data brokers.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We process collected data exclusively to: (a) evaluate and deliver custom advertising and media proposals, (b) schedule strategic consultation calls, (c) negotiate wholesale media buys on your behalf, (d) ensure website performance, security, and fraud protection, and (e) manage authorized client retainers and project invoicing.
5. Retainer Transactions & Financial Security
Client retainers and project deposits made via Zelle® Direct Transfer are processed directly through your personal financial institution's encrypted banking app. We do not store, access, or collect your bank account credentials. Digital invoicing for credit card and ACH transactions is conducted through enterprise PCI-DSS compliant merchant gateways under strict SSL/TLS encryption.
6. Your Consumer Rights (Florida & US Standards)
In compliance with applicable Florida statutes, the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA), and federal data privacy standards, you maintain the right to: (a) request access to personal information we maintain regarding your business inquiries, (b) request correction of inaccuracies, and (c) request deletion of your contact records from our proposal systems.
7. Data Protection Officer & Contact
For any inquiries, requests for data deletion, or questions regarding our server telemetry, please contact our principal administrator directly:
